Summary:
Located in the heart of Norwich, a hidden gem tucked away off the beaten track. The Dance Studio is a perfect bolt hole to explore Norwich from. Grade II Listed and stooped with history, this elegant property has recently been sympathetically renovated and sleeps up to two adults.
PLEASE NOTE - This property is accessed by various undulating steps.
The Space:
Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob and all the necessities to go with them. There is also a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; comfortable sofas, smart TV with and free wi-fi too. For those that want to dine in there is a small dining area.
Bedroom 1 - A cosy bedroom located on the first-floor bedroom is light and airy and features a king-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, make-up station and its own en-suite shower room and toilet.
Outside Space - A glorious private patio space with a covered seating area for alfresco dining, gas BBQ and sun loungers. Please let us know if you wish to use the BBQ - this must be used in the open air area of the courtyard.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.
An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out of 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.

My husband and I stayed in this delightful apartment while visiting our daughter at UEA. The location was perfect for exploring Norwich and was walkable from the train station (although there are some hills to wheel the luggage up) The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. We were here in colder weather, but the patio would be very nice to use in the summer. Worked perfectly for us!
