Summary:
Conveniently located within the Norwich Lanes, a stone’s throw from the vibrant city centre, No. 52a is a beautiful, first floor flat with the added bonus of a good-sized roof terrace. Refurbished and decorated to a high standard throughout, this flat is perfect for couples, work trips or small family breaks.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the other with a single bed.
The Space:
Living Room/Kitchen – The open plan lounge and kitchen has everything you need to relax; the comfy sofa with throws, smart TV and a table for 4 to dine at. There is free wi-fi too. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven with grill, hob and all the necessities to go with them.
Roof Terrace – the lounge opens out onto a generously sized roof terrace accessed via two French doors. A perfect space to enjoy a warm summer's evening with a glass of wine or bite to eat al fresco!
Bedroom 1 - Sleeping 2 people, the bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, throw and plenty of clever storage space for your stay.
Bedroom 2 – This room has a single bed.
Bathroom - Bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.
Guest Toilet – The flat also benefits from an additional guest toilet.
Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots as these are not provided. Older children are also more than welcome to stay proving they sleep in one of the bedrooms.

Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.
There is flexible, paid parking available just a 5 minute walk from the property. You will receive information about this along with your check-in details.

Access on the ground floor with stairs up to the living area.
An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out by 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.

This flat is above a store on a great street in Norwich. It's within walking distance of the sites in this historic (and very walkable) city. There are lots of shops (Goth socks, anyone?) and restaurants of all sorts along the street and more in "The Lanes" nearby. The rooftop patio is a pleasant plus. The flat was clean and comfortable. AirNorfolk was immediately responsive when we requested some kitchen knives and reported a poorly-installed shower. We were in this flat for close to a week and one thing to mention is there isn't a lot of space to hang and put clothing if you want to unpack. We can't say enough good things about Air Norfolk's responsiveness during our stay and when we had to change our plans quickly earlier in the booking process.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very easy to follow and clearly emailed to you in advance.The flat itself was very well decorated and full of all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable and got a great nights sleep.The terrace was a highlight for us and meant we could enjoy some drinks in the sun.We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future.

Flat was perfect - really great location with easy walk into centre for shops, restaurants, cathedral etc. we parked the car and left it there all weekend. Bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside area as it was a lovely sunny weekend (I know this is the hardest bit to believe, given this current years weather). It was really private and great to relax and chill with drink or at breakfast. Would recommend flat to anyone and we will be back
