Enjoy this spacious three-storey house designed for groups of up to 12 people, perfect for creating unforgettable memories with family or friends. With 280 m², the property offers comfort and spaciousness, with air conditioning in almost all rooms, except kitchen and bathrooms, and double glazing for a calm and pleasant environment. The house has 5 well-equipped bedrooms, including a suite with a private bathroom and partial sea views, and a basement bedroom with bunk bed, double bed and cot, ideal for the little ones.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining room with direct access to the terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches, and an independent kitchen with a modern central island, equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious family meals. In addition, there is a toilet for greater comfort.
In the exterior, the jewel is the private swimming pool with easy access via steps, surrounded by garden furniture and a barbecue area with sail-shaped awnings, ideal for relaxing and enjoying unique moments. For entertainment, you will find a removable badminton net, inflatable pool figures, and a home gym in the basement. This space also offers a television area and dining table to complement outdoor activities.
The location is unbeatable: just 1 km from supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops, with easy access to beaches and multiple attractions such as water parks, golf courses and the picturesque Mijas Pueblo a short drive away. We stayed for a golfing holiday and it is in an ideal location. The villa is only a short walk from benalmadena pueblo a great little village with good shops and restaurants.The villa itself is perfect for large party’s with large kitchen and barbecue area.We will definitely be looking to stay again in future.

Really lovely villa with everything you need. The outside area was perfect with a dining table, sunbeds, and a beautiful pool. The local area was so nice and had restaurants/bars, although there is a big hill to walk up if you choose to walk. We got Ubers frequently due to this, but could not recommend the Villa and Benalmadena enough. Huge recommendations and we would love to come back.

The house was large and there was room for the eleven of us. We loved the fact there were enough bathrooms. We enjoyed our time there and the kids loved the pool. It's a fantastic house though quite far from the sea but the place needed some TLC. When we arrived the ground floor smelt damp as cushions from the pool areas were spread out over the whole of the floor to dry. Many of the garden chairs were broken. We went in the autumn half term. It was cold at night. Not enough blankets were provided on the beds. We eventually found some blankets high up in one of the wardrobes. There was only one pillow per person. The oven in the kitchen wouldn't get hot enough to cook simple things like oven chips for the children and one of the hot plates on the hob didn't work.. There were not enough towels and we had to pay for more. If these things were put right it would easily merit five stars.
