Very Spacious Villa with Private Pool in a peaceful location with sea views.

It was for us a great stay. The house was verry big and 8 bedrooms.

We were a group of 17 family and friends celebrating a big birthday. The villa was much more extensive than we imagined and with five family groups it was perfect across all ages. There is everything here you need day to day, loads of pool toys which was a bonus. The annex is accessed via the kitchen and laundry room with a comfy lounge beautiful balcony, small kitchen and two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, completely away from the rest of the house. The basement garden lounge is huge with a pool/ping pong table, bar, bedroom wc and undercover terrace garden. The kitchen is small for the size of property the formal lounge which the young children spent time in leads out on to the terrace which has table and sets for 20 and leads around to the pool which was cold but everyone enjoyed it. The hallway is large with a sweeping staircase leading to a balconied landing with three ensuite bedrooms and two balconies. Off of the hallway are another two very generous ensuite bedrooms. The villa is 10 mins downhill walk downhill to an English supermarket Arkwright off of the main Road. There is a restaurant spanning the corner Lucena 11 which does the best food we had there. A bit further walk takes you to a nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. The old town is a hard uphill walk. We used Bolt taxi service which was very convenient and home food delivery proved much cheaper than getting a taxi to good size supermarket. The views, sunsets and sunrises were spectacular from the villa.

Went last sep and have booked togo again next sep as its a god base for surrounding areas, 10 mins to benalmedena, fengarola, benalmedena old town. 8-9€ in a taxi. villa is dated but ya spend most of ya time sat outside on the veranda or in the pool.

Great three days, Villa was perfect with ample space for a lot bigger party. Vendors were super helpful. Thanks guys

A lovely house! We had a great time. We were 12 people celebrating a 60th birthday, from 3-month baby to 70 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone, also to be able to withdraw and have private time. We were there during the hottest time and then unfortunately the air conditioning was not enough. The kitchen became unbearably hot, so cooking was almost impossible. Also, the stove was older and didn't work very well. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking for 12 people. We enjoyed the pool, it and the terrace with the well-sized dining table, were our gathering points. It can easily accommodate four cars in front of the house, which was great. The overall evaluation of the house is positive. We enjoyed ourselves, the host is great and the person who welcomed us is really nice and makes you feel welcome.

Plenty of room for us (8 adults and 4 children under 6), and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pics, and very clean. Views were fantastic. General fixtures and fittings were quite tired and on their last legs, and we were surprised there wasnt at least one communal area with air conditioning. However, if you have a car, location is great for getting to beach and local supermarkets. Ubers were easy enough to get for those of us without a car, or if we could stand the heat (and the big hill on the way back) it was a 20 minute walk to the nicer beach. Communication with the host was great and overall we were happy with everything as it was really good value between us.

We’ve had an amazing stay. The villa has everything we needed. The views from the balcony are mental. Only thing, we couldn’t sleep in the extra rooms because of the heat, an AC would be nice

Great stay at the villa in Benalmádena/Torremuelle. Nice, big bedrooms with own bathrooms. Aircondition is for 8 hours a day (you can pay ekstra if you want more, we didn't need it). Very well equipt kitchen and bbq area. Pool is clean and have good temperature. Lots of sunbeds and towels. Perfect house for big familes or friends, 3-5 parking spaces inside the gate. Very good service if you have questions. House is a bit old and it is approx 1 km to nearest supermarket and restaurant, 500 meters of the road are quite steep.

We stayed one week in this beautiful and spacious house. We were three families and all of us were very happy with our stay. It`s clean and the surrounding areas are nice and quiet. So great that you can find beach towels available for the guests. Everything is just fantastic. A bit long walk to get to a supermarket, was the only drawback we can point out. We will for sure book this house next time we go.

Fabulous villa so spacious accommodated 19 of us without getting under each others feet. Everything you need including toys for children, buggies parasols plus every cooking item you could wish for including plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and so much more.. Andrea on hand so helpful and views to die for. Would recommend hiring a car but if you want to literally stay put you'll have all you need.

Just back from a long weekend in this beautiful villa. It had everything we could’ve wanted and the communication from Linda and Andrea was spot on. Only small thing to mention (as I have seen it on other reviews) was that the pool could’ve done with a clean. But it didn’t hinder our stay in anyway just would’ve taken it from a 10/10 to an 11/10!! Will 100% look to be back in the future.

Nice house and great hosts

A wonderful stay in this marvellous Villa, so large with wonderful facilities and great views. The wow factor was there for all to see. Cavajal and La Perla beaches were great and within easy reach and very family friendly, but less salubrious venues also within striking distance for those who wished. The old town up the hill was charming. Communication throughout was faultless and Andrea was always on hand if needed. Could do with some instructions for the oven and hob. Thanks for a great stay, all 18 of us thoroughly enjoyed it!

Villa was a little dated, but perfectly adequate.Pool was great. Location not far from Pueblo and also beach and local Aldi supermarket. Local Manageress Andrea was very helpful and available whenever you needed her. Great holiday !

The property is huge, with ample room for our party and the annexe was perfect in providing privacy for those who needed it. The pool was lovely and the children spent most of their time in there. The kitchen is really well equipped, with a new oven and dishwasher and everything you could possibly need. We did lots of cooking for the 11 of us and were short of nothing. The house itself is showing definite signs of wear and tear and could do with some refurbishing. The bathroom in the annexe needs updating. It was disappointing to find that the air conditioning was only available in the bedrooms. We didn't find this out until a couple of days before we arrived. However, the communication with the owner was brilliant. Linda was more than helpful and responded to all my little queries really quickly. Andrea, who looks after the house, was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Fantastic isnt the right word for our stay, it blooming excellent. What a superb villa, we seriously couldnt have bettered it. We had a chef's bbq into Villa 1st night, Just the job for a relaxing 1st night. We had two nights in Narine for food, Jacks Smokehouse wasc1st class. Finished with a good pld Party in basement!! And last day lazy round Pool. This Villa has everything yoy could possibly need. It wasca shame hot tyb was not working, but we survied. Thanks Linda, hopefully rebook when next daughter sets a date.

The villa is very attractive and the views are lovely. However the property needs renovation, the main kitchen is dated and difficult to prepare meals in. We were an older group and perhaps therefore we noticed the lack of maintenance. Problems with the showers, one bathroom had a bath with the shower not secured above it. The games room bannister was loose and dangerous. The staff we met were delightful and we felt they were doing their best. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Amazing stay at the Villa. Great communication and very helpful hosts. Made our trip very enjoyable indeed.
