Villa includes a separate apartment on the same grounds as the villa that sleeps 4, it has its own living room, kitchen, one bedroom and en suite. The living room has a couch bed in. Sleeps 4. Outdoor terrace and seating area.

This property can sleep 16 adult/teen/small child in double beds, sofa beds. Cot beds given on request.

This has been a family home and designed to a high standard. Perfect for large families with small children. This property is child friendly, as the heated pool is fenced off with glass ballastraude all around and a self closing safety gate. Safety gates outside the property on the stairs for the pool area. Safety gate also to the hot tub roof terrace. Safety gates can be given on request for inside the property.

All rooms are furnished to high standard and very modern. Colour scheme throughout property is neutral grey and white with marble floors.

All bathrooms have underfloor heating and fully control panel air conditioning system throughout the property. Each room has there own air conditioning with panel. Master suite has own terrace with a seating area, tv, master suite has a large walk in wardrobe, large bathroom with bathtub and a separate double shower room. Double rooms all have wardrobes and en suite bathrooms with showers. All rooms have hair dryers, straightening tongs, curling tongs. Dressing table area with mirror.

There are three fully equipped kitchens one inside the main villa, one outside next to the BBQ and one in the apartment, between these there are 4 ovens, 2 gas hobs, 1 electric hob, 3 fridge freezers with instant ice and cold water, drinkable filtered water throughout property, coffee machine, microwave, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 toilets one inside, one outside by pool, 2 fire pits one gas and one you can also bbq on. 6 Tvs with cable tv. Sunbeds, lots of space to dine and chill out. Enjoy the views with the seating area on the roof terrace by the hot tub. Dining tables by the pool area will sit up to 16. Electric awnings over patio doors. Outdoor showers.

There is plenty of outdoor areas to chill out with an outdoor tv covered with an awning.

Free wifi all around the property, blue tooth on the hot tub and stereo outside in the outdoor kitchen, lighting all around the terraces of an evening.

Pool towels available, cot beds on request, high chair, car seats, car port, garage and parking on street for 4 cars outside. There is a bus stop outside the villa for those who like to explore the area.
