great location facilities excellent, plenty of cutlery, plates etc everything you could have wanted

just needs a bit of a decoration throughout but understandable as we have just come out of Covid and probably had no rental income for a long period. it did not spoilt our 3 week stay

great property and finished to a high standard.

one issue with hot water but was easily sorted. some enhanced cleaning would improve appearance but it’s still great!

The inside and outside needs repainting to look good it looks a little tired . Also only 1 hairdryer worked need at least 3 in that size of villa

Fantastic location on quiet road 3 mins walk from the marina. Walking distance to Torremolinos and only 20 mins taxi to Malaga. Benalmadena old town 10 mins taxi away, definitely worth a visit. Villa exceptionally well equipped and Adrian was very helpful and quick to respond with recommendations where to go. Great trip. Thank you.

Although the house was not built in recent years, everything was in place for perfect remote work for 5 people. Internet connection and wifi range was very good even in garden, for a more comfy work in the sunshine. Everyone had their own bedroom with double bed, lot's of room in first floor for conference calls all together etc. Dedicated office room for private meetings. Private parking in garden at least for two cars (we had one). Sofas also outside. Pool very OK for refreshing from the sun. Center of nightlife was about 200-300m walking max and the beach. Shops and a lot of eating places just in couple of minutes walking distance! Amazing sun rise view on a beach! Sharing pictures of this place is not possible, mobile camera doesn't show the room it actually has. We definitely didn't use all the options offered. Also big thanks for arranging the airport transportation for 5 people, a lot better than regular taxi! Highly recommended and good value deal!

Cars electric gate was a bit of tired of opening and needed a little push to open. Closed just fine and nothing serious. Couple of drops of oil and some simple maintenance could fix it for sure.

The Villa is in a fantastic area, very clean very comfortable and had everything we could wish for, the pool is a very nice place to spend the day

For me I would like Sky TV for the sport.

The villa was as advertised. Spacious, well equipped and ideally located. We arrived on Friday 24th at approximately 9.00pm and we’re met by the managing agent who collected the damages deposit. On Monday 27th we were sent a text informing us that a maintainace man would be calling between 5.00 and 6.00 to attend to an outstanding problem. We returned from the beach at 4.30 to find the man just leaving having poured industrial drain cleaner down all the shower and sinks waste pipes. Unaware of what had been done we went into the building and our eyes were streaming from the toxic fumes. We contacted the managing agent who said we shouldn’t use the bathrooms for 2 hours. This was apparently a job that had needed doing prior to our booking date and we wondered why they had not done it on Friday 24th as they had had an unoccupied villa until 9.00 pm. After the required wait my daughter took a shower and water cascaded down through the ceiling, down the walls and into the electrical wiring in the entrance hall. We have a video of this. We contacted the agent who said he would send someone. He couldn’t come himself as he was in a meeting. That was the last we heard from him. Luckily a maintenance man , Jesus , arrived to deal with the lawn sprinklers and was confronted with the problem about which he was totally unaware. He was very friendly and conscientious and carried out temporary repairs . We arrived late at night to be met by a credit card machine but not even a bottle of water and left without a single call to see if we were ok. Obviously his meeting must have been a long one.

Great location, very spacious and comfortable villa which was well equipped.

The decor in the villa was a little tired looking but it didn't spoil our holiday in any way.

Excellent location. Super villa. The beds pillows and blankets are the best I've ever used so comfortable we are buying the same for our house. Very clean has everything you need.

The pool needs a heater as it was very cold but the handyman said they will install next season.

Zeer ruime villa met fijne tuin met voldoende zitgelegenheid voor grote groepen. Zeer goede locatie. Service,van met name Solana, was prima.

Alles was prima in orde maar het onderhoud kan beter. Kleine reparaties zijn nodig maar waren niet van invloed op het woongenot.

Geweldige locatie. Prima tuinmeubilair.

Misschien wat doucheartikelen toevoegen.
