Convenient underground parking with elevator.

The apartment was not very clean, the kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were someone's hairs in the room—among other things. The sofas were very dirty, and the pillows were so old and lumpy that we had to go buy new ones because it was impossible to sleep on them. The website stated that there was all the necessary kitchenware, but in reality, there were only two frying pans and one pot! There wasn’t even anything to boil water for tea, and of course, there was no kettle either—we had to buy one ourselves. During the 14 nights we stayed there, they didn’t even change the bed linen and towels once, whereas everywhere else we’ve stayed in Spain, clean linens were always provided after six nights. And on top of all that, there were plenty of other negative experiences. As for the sockets—no words! I got shocked by electricity multiple times… Horrible.

the apartment was dirty when we entered. Main bedrooms bed had really big noise when you touched it even a little bit. impossible to sleep. We had to put the mattress on the floor to avoid the noise. The washing machine broke the last day. Just a few dishes to use.

the sofa was dirty with big stains on it. also I can’t lock the apartment from the inside. so I stayed 5 days with the door unlocked. and it’s not safe at all because I have all of my belongs. I told them about the issue first 10 minutes of my staying. but they didn’t care about it at all.

Everything is good except for the stove. Because we stayed at this apartment for 6 nights, we did some cooking. Find the stove rather difficult to heat up..

The view, 15 minutes from train station.

The apt is not closed to supermarkets or pubs. One of the beds was very bad, I couldn't sleep well. The terrace was dirty, and the chairs very old. Not enough facilities in the kitchen, and most of them are broken or very old. The noise from the neighbors is horrible, you can hear everything from the other apartments. The owner is not very patient when asking questions.

The view from the balcony was really nice. The apartment was spacious. The wi-fi signal was good. Well equipped kitchen. Not too far away from the beach. However, due to what we have experienced we suggest finding somewhere else to stay, see the bit we did not like...

After booking we have not received the codes for the gates or the doors. It took several attempts to contact the host over the phone and through booking on two different phone numbers. Eventually, we managed to contact the owner. It took a while to explain we are not from booking.com itself but the guests who actually booked the flat. We finally managed to communicate and got the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get into the property. The flat itself despite being spacious and fairly clean was in a rather poor state of repair. The double bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. Some of the cosmetic damages in the flat like the presence of rust/chipped of surfaces in both bathrooms were covered up with things like bathmats and shower mats. Some of the lights were not working or posing health and safety risks and some of the shelves were just hanging by a thread. The couch in the living room was stained and torn. Both the inside and the outside blinds in the living room were broken and not operational. To top things up location was not the best. Busy road outside of the balcony so could constantly hear the traffic (one of the main routes via costa del sol). There was only one bar in the area and quite a walk to the nearest shop. We have used a car to get around so this was not a big deal for us but if you are walking it could be an issue. Not what you expect at the price we paid in this area and off-season. Would not stay again or recommend it.

Todo sucio todo roto la televisión no funciona la lavadora tampoco no te cogen el teléfono para cancelar te ignoran y en booking se lavan las manos NO VENGAS las limpiadoras han llegado a las 15:30 cuando la hora de salida era a las 16:00 le hemos quitado la comida que teníamos en la nevera de sus bolsas INCREÍBLE las paredes están llenas de mierda en vez de una semana de vacaciones a sido una semana de esquivar mierda no hemos podido relajarnos en el apartamento de mierda que tiene NO VENGÁIS

Imóvel em mau estado de conservação com canalização a verter para o chão da cozinha, o que nos levou a andar constantemente a efetuar limpeza de água com esfregona, paredes a descascar e muito sujas, sem resguardo no WC da suíte, porta partida do poliban do WC comum, cozinha sem máquina de café e torradeira ( informação contrária a do seite de reservas), chaleira com ficha americana que não serviu para nada, talheres e louças insuficientes para as 4 pessoas, não tinha facas para confeção de refeições, frigorífico em muito mau estado, sofás em mau estado e com manchas, mesa de apoio aos sofás em mau estado e com pernas partidas. No geral, tanto o apartamento quanto o mobiliário, em mau estado e muito abaixo das espectativas.
