This exclusive 2-bedroom apartment with community pool and gym is just a short walk from the charming old Spanish town of Benalmadena Pueblo. The pueblo boasts traditional whitewashed streets, lined with colourful flowers, typical Spanish shops, restaurants, bars and exceptional views of the Costa del Sol coastline and Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment also boasts incredible views of the both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
Entering the property, you have a spacious and modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The sleek, stylish kitchen offers everything you should need including an oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
Into the dining area you have a generously sized table, with elegant hanging lights, providing a cosy and comfortable space for 6 people to dine. There is also a breakfast bar providing an additional space for 2 to dine.
Leading from the dining area to the living area you have a cosy corner sofa and TV to sit back, relax and catch up on your favourite shows.
