About this house rental
Villa Violeta is a traditional villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in a quiet neighborhood, (urbanization 'Santana') outside the traditional village of Benalmadena Pueblo (old town), a charming and traditional Andalusian village. The villa is comfortably furnished and has air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. This white detached villa has plenty of outside space on the terraces and is set around a mature garden.(plot 800 M2) The private swimming pool has a pool cover and electric heating. Temporary OUT OF USE (can be booked as an extra with a surcharge) Benalmadena Pueblo is 1 km away with many cobbled streets, many traditional restaurants, nice bars and cafés, the village has so much charm and character. The sandy beaches of Benalmadena can also be found less than a kilometer away. The entire villa is equipped with outdoor lamps for a cozy evening atmosphere. The 1st floor consists of:
- Spacious dining room with 6-person dining table and terrace access
- Spacious kitchen with all appliances
- Office corner with desk chair and wifi
- Hall with access to spacious lounge and dining room and U - kitchen
- Lounge with internet, T.V. and double terrace doors
- Spacious terrace with sea view and awnings + 6 lounge chairs
- Bedroom (2 single beds) with bathroom and toilet.
- Interior staircase to the lower floor and lockable connecting door.
- Outside BBQ / table block built on terrace
- Electric access door for car on plot
The lower floor consists of:
- Central hall with entrance to private swimming pool and garden and 2 bedrooms, sauna and storage.
- 1st master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with toilet and bath / shower.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, private toilet and bathroom.
- Sauna with private shower and toilet. (can only be booked on request, additional costs apply)
Outside ground floor:
- Private heated swimming pool (8m x 5m, depth rings: 1.2m - 1.8m) with night lighting and shower room. The swimming pool is not heated throughout the year, this can be an additional cost of € 150 per week on request
- Well-kept garden with flowering and green plants and fruit trees (lemon + orange)
- Various terraces around with 6 sun beds.

Cleaning / towel and linen service: Towels and linen are provided. The final cleaning is included in the price. If you wish for a stay of 2 weeks, after 1 week a cleaning, you can request that, costs € 75
We ensure that the villa / garden is clean and tidy, we expect our guests to leave the villa that way, but if it turns out that there are extra cleaning costs after your stay, we will keep these costs through the deposit that you pay.
Beach and seaside resorts:
The villa is ideally located a short distance from a number of beaches; the nearest beach is less than 5 minutes away by car. The popular seaside resorts of Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Cabopino, Marbella and of course the famous marina in Puerto Banus are 5-30 km away.

I would highly recommend this villa. Lots of space, perfect for a family. Lovely swimming pool and terraces with a beautiful view. Great location ,as many areas along the coast are accessible with in minutes. You would have to have a car as it’s not really suitable for pedestrians. The pueblo is situated a few minutes above the villa with supermarkets and local shops. It’s also located a few minutes from the Butterfly park which is worth a visit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the villa, it is very private and yet only minutes away from many bustling resorts .

Lovely villa at a fantastic location. The villa was nice and clean at arrival, But there were no pool cleaning during the 3 weeks that we stayed. Easy and quick communication with the owner.

We stayed in the villa in December 2018, and it was great to have so much space for all 6 of us. The villa is roomy and each bedroom has an en suite. It's in a quiet location, which meant we could sit out on the balcony at any time and enjoy the sunshine in December. It was possible to see the sea from the rooftop, but from the balcony there were only a few gaps in the neighbour's trees. However, that wasn't a problem. We had hoped to use the pool, but unfortunately the pool heating wasn't working (but we had been told in advance about that) and the sun doesn't come to that part of the garden at that time of year, so the water was icy cold. We walked and used the local taxi service rather than hiring a car; there are no supermarkets in walking distance, though, and no bus stops nearby.
Thank you for letting us stay in your villa, and we would definitely consider coming again.

Everything as promised. Good management and quick replies. Heated pool worked well.
Location is a bit off. Some parts of the house is starting to show signs of aging. Not any major things, but aircon seems to sometimes have it's own life, some doors jammed against the floor, sofas a bit worn down.
