Perfect

Beautiful view from the terrace and the bedroom – impressive at any time of day! The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with – our stay was an absolute pleasure 😊

The apartment is very pleasant, although you can see a bit of wear over time – a small refresh would make it even nicer. A few small things were missing, such as foldable beach chairs to take to the beach or a small fan on the terrace to help during hot days.

Nightmear !

This was our second stay at this apartment, as we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. The apartment is located right on the beach, which we truly appreciated. Having breakfast on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the sea was absolutley wonderful.

Unfortunately, due to the host’s lack of care, our holiday turned into a nightmare. On the second day of our stay, the sewage pipe began to leak, causing a terrible smell of urine and waste throughout the apartment. We informed the host immediately and were told that someone would be sent to fix the issue. A cleaner arrived the following day, even though it was clear that a plumber was required. She confirmed that she could not resolve the problem and said the host would contact us — which never happened. Sadly, we were forced to leave the apartment three days earlier than planned, as the situation posed a serious health concern. Having to mop up sewage from the bathroom floor each time we used it was completely unacceptable. The entire apartment reeked of sewage because it had leaked beneath the flooring and spread throughout the space. We contacted the host again to inform her that we were moving out and requested a full refund, which she initially agreed to. However, after returning home, we received an email from Booking.com stating that the host had refunded only €116 out of the €552 we paid — despite us leaving halfway through our booking due to these severe issues. I am extremely disappointed with the host’s lack of responsibility and the poor management of this property. Given the extent of the sewage leak, this apartment urgently requires proper repairs and renovation before being rented out again.

Benalmadenan rauhallisin rantakohde

Asunnosta pääsi suoraan rannalle ja ranta oli arkipäivisin rauhallinen. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja ääniä ei kuulunut muista huoneista. Huoneisiin kuului vain meren kohina ja meistä se oli mukavaa. Suihkussa riitti vesi hyvin.

Asunnon remontointi on tehty hiukan huonosti. Terassille on valittu lattialistoihin materiaali, joka ei kestä kosteutta. Kosteus houkuttelee muurahaisia. Suihkun vesi roiskuu suihkun ulkopuolelle, vaikka sitä yrittäisi varoa. Kylpyhuoneen seinän ja lattian väliin kerääntyy hometta. Siivoustarviketta oli niukasti, joten ostimme niitä lisää, sillä viikon aikana ehtii jo sotkuakin tulla. Tullessa lattioilla oli hiekkaa, mutta ilmoitimme siitä ja lattia tultiin siivoamaan seuraavana päivänä. Tästä kiitokset! Osin kyse oli myös kulttuurisista eroista. Skandinaavit eivät käytä kenkiä sisätiloissa.

Lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda es la ubicación, el tener un acceso directamente a la playa desde la terraza y esas vistas desde la habitación hacen la estancia inolvidable. El apartamento por dentro tiene lo básico y es moderno. Tener en cuenta que el agua caliente se acaba, y si sois 4 el 3 ya tiene que esperar a ducharse.

Läget var fantastiskt med privat strand . Det fanns en vinflaska för välkomnande . Storbild tv, bekväm säng och bra kuddar . Skön soffa.

Det fanns ingen dammsugare, det kom mycket sand i från stranden . Ingen diskmaskin . Trasiga lampor i ena sovrummet. Saker och ting håller på gå sönder lossna från väggar. Air condition mycket smutsiga filter och mögel. Vi gjorde det rent själva. I badrummet luktar avlopp , stopp i avloppet. Vi gjorde rent själva. Dåliga gamla pannor och kastrull . Vi bad om nya och det fick vi. Inga solstolar fast en strand lägenhet .

Très bonne communication avec l'hôte via WhatsApp. Facilité pour se garer. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, appartement et terrasse les pieds dans l'eau dans une petite crique très calme et à l'abri des regards. La décoration et la propreté de l'appartement sont irréprochable, la literie est très confortable. Nous étions avec mon mari et nos 3 enfants. Tout était impeccable .

Es una gozada, repetiré en un par de meses. Lo pongo en favoritos.

Valorando desde la honestidad, es de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado, y no han sido pocos. La ubicación es excelente, a pie de playa y nunca mejor dicho ya que desde la terraza bajas 6 escalones y estás en la arena literal, tiene todas las comodidades, el sofá es súper confortable, el baño es muy espacioso y cómodo, las camas son muy cómodas y las almohadas también, q nunca es fácil. Tuvieron por cortesía dejar en la barra d la cocina un sobre con jamón, unos picos,un vino con dos copas y una botella de agua. La cocina también está súper bien equipada con el menaje. Hay estacionamiento, junto al portal y en las zonas colindantes.
