The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles NOTE: Garage space can only fit a compact car. We loved our stay! It was so close to everything. The Lift was right outside the condo and we could easily walk to shopping and places to eat. The only place we had to drive to was the grocery store. The condo was perfect and the grandkids loved the hot tub. Would def stay here again!

Nice place with 3 bedrooms so plenty of room. However, quite disappointing that there was only 1 television in the entire unit. No TV in any of the 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms are very cold. Thankfully, space heaters were provided in each bedroom. You can feel (vibration) and hear every time the garage door opens directly below you. Well stocked kitchen, was able to cook full Thanksgiving meal and had everything I needed. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Hot tub and gas grill on the deck was very convenient.

We had an excellent summer family vacation in Winter Park! The beds and pillows weren't the best...We struggled with good sleep. Besides that, everything was very clean. We were impressed with the hot tub being clean. The air conditioning was a plus but it didn't seem to equally cool each bedroom. Would come back!
