About this house rental

This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome in the Sawmill Station Town Home Community in Downtown Winter Park, Colorado! The property has a large central living space, two masters, two private decks and private hot tub. Walk out the front door to concerts at Hideaway Park, great dining, shopping, and the free ski shuttle bus. Then walk out the back to find great cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and biking-it's the perfect Winter Park vacation destination.

One of the best things about this townhome is the downtown location! Sawmill Station is in the center of downtown Winter Park. Just a block from downtown shops and restaurants and the free shuttle stops right outside the door. Only two miles from Winter Park Resort and directly adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks - the location of the free sledding hill & warming fires in the winter and a playground, climbing wall and skate park in the summer. The iconic Winter Park Music Festivals are held just across the street from our unit-enjoy the concerts from your private deck! Ditch the car and explore downtown Winter Park!

1st floor: Bedroom with queen-over-queen bunks, bathroom, private hot tub, 1-car garage.

Location:
The FREE bus ("The Lift") to the Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts stops right outside the front door! You can ski all day, take the bus back home, walk to one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Winter Park for a great meal, and then end the evening by relaxing in your private hot tub!

Keyless Lock:
This home is equipped with a Smart Lock, allowing easy, secure access to your property at check-in and throughout your stay. There's no need to check in at a separate location!

We took the train from Denver and got to the property easily with the free bus. Didn't need a car at all, we walked right into downtown and took the bus to the resort and over into Fraser. Got in some late spring skiing at Mary Jane and enjoyed the spring snowstorm! The home was immaculately clean and just as described. My kids loved the triple bunk beds, getting in the hot tub in the snow, and the playground that was just down the street. Most of the restaurants were still closed for the "off season" but the kitchen had everything we needed, and the grill was a great bonus. We got in late and really appreciated having K-cups (coffee and tea for the adults, hot chocolate for the kids) and oatmeal waiting for us in the morning. The board games by the fireplace were the perfect way to end the day after a soak in the tub. The location was amazing-easy access to everything we needed. Stephanie & Chris were wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and they take excellent care of their home. We are excited to come back and stay again!

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo and had a great time. It was spacious enough for all of us to spread out. The check out instructions were simple and easy to comply with. The kids had a great time in the hot tub. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept great!
