About this house rental
This spacious townhome comfortably fits 6-8 people. The perfect location allows you to spend all day outdoors, hiking, biking or skiing. Come home to a full kitchen, fireplace and a soak in the private hot tub. Walk to the town park for summer concerts or to town for dinner or morning coffee. Two decks give added outdoor space for relaxing, dining or just enjoying the crisp mountain air. We've even watched a moose or two wander through the neighborhood. The heated garage keeps your vehicle out of the weather and provides an extra parking space. Feel free to bring your pup too!
We recommend getting out of the house during the day when close by construction work can be noisy. We want our guests to be aware of this inconvenience while our town grows.

What a wonderful rest, comfy, as promised. Lovely sited along the riverbank. The hot tub worked the kinks out from the slopes. And a well made and stocked kitchen helped us make our favorite snacks to watch the Super Bowl!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops, close to the shuttle stop to Winter Park resort or a 10 minute drive. There’s also a few walking trails nearby. The house was clean, check in was easy, hot tub was great. The host gave us privacy but was responsive when messaged. She also kindly let us check out late. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was as advertised. Great location to shuttle, restaurants, and shops. Only complaint is it was not guest ready at check in - stove was dirty, both bedrooms upstairs had unmade beds (one set of sheets was still wet in the dryer), found underwear in the closet, crumpled empty water bottles found under the bean bags - very unhappy with condition we found the place in.
