The apartment is beautiful. It was clean and well equipped. The team responded quickly and kindly.
It is not mentioned the free activities is only good for 1 guest per day. This includes the indoor pool.
The Indoor swimming pool is a few blocks down the street (not part of the building) and should not be listed as an amenity. It is fine to mention it in the "Neighborhood info", like the gym (not listed as an amenity and mentioned in the description)
The room with the bunk bed is right above the garage door. The person sleeping there was waken up in the morning by the sound and vibration.
