Featuring four bedrooms plus additional sleeping in the living room, your group will be able to have their privacy but come together in the open kitchen, dining room & living room. And don't forget about the private hot tub that's ready and waiting, just for you!

Walk right out your door to some of Winter Park's best shopping, dining & activities and don't forget about all the fun happening at HIdeaway Park including concerts, festivals, a lively playground and more! Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, Queen Suite, and Twin/Full bunk bed with an additional Twin trundle in the bunk room. Plus, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

This was one of the best locations we have stayed with. The management company was great and the home was well stocked. We enjoyed the private hot tub and close proximity to restaurants, parks and bars.

The property was spotless upon our arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome sign and a few thoughtful snacks. We experienced a minor issue with the batteries in the remotes, but after contacting the property manager, they promptly came over to resolve it. Overall, this has been the best place I’ve rented in the mountains so far.

This home had everything we needed for a family trip. Location was perfect for what we needed. Really good restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Well-stocked kitchen.
