About this house rental

This stunning and spacious 4 bedroom/5 bathroom townhouse is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park and is the best location in Red Quill Village. End unit with views through the trees and a quiet location. Gourmet kitchen with granite and a fireplace to create a cozy environment. Beautiful hardwood throughout the main living space and kitchen. Guest pantry stocked with coffee, tea, seasonings, cooking oil, and hospitality items. Be our guest!

Sleeping arrangements: King in the master room, Queen in the second room with private bath, King bed in the third bedroom with access to full bath across the hall. The bunkhouse has a living space with 4 double bunkbeds with a full bath. Sleeps up to 12.

Minutes from world class skiing in Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort. Free shuttle bus access is a few steps from the townhouse.

Restaurants, shops, groceries, music festivals, events, and the Fraser river are a few minutes walk from the townhouse.

Enjoy two patios. One on the front where you can enjoy the views and watch for wildlife. One on the back with access to a private hot tub.

Very kid friendly for children over two years old.

What a beautifully designed home. Perfect for our large family. Everyone had their space, and the attention to detail is spectacular! From the availability of kitchen spices, cooking oils, coffee and ziplock bags in the kitchen--to laundry detergent and extra toilet paper! Having the garage was a bonus--especially with the overnight snow. Communication with the owner was super quick. We definitely hope to stay again!

We really enjoyed our time in Winter Park at this property. It had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, although there was so much snow it was cold being in there while it snowed outside. They also loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated having trash bags, coffee filters, etc provided. I will say there are a lot of stairs in this home! If you are not good with running up and down stairs this would not be the right property for you. We loved the convenience to the mountain. Give it a thumbs up!

501 Red Quill Way is an outstanding property in Winter Park, CO for large groups of family or friends. Our group of 11 had a great time in this spacious condo. With 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bunk room downstairs we had plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably. The kitchen and dining/living room are on a split level which created extra spaces for hanging out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you’d need to cook just about anything. The garage is great for parking inside and for storing ski gear. They even had boot warmers. The hot tub was a big hit with the frigid winter weather. The condo is located less than a 2 minute walk from the Rosie’s Way shuttle stop to and from the Winter Park resort for skiing. Lots of restaurants and shops also located within a very short walk. The only time we really used our vehicle was to go to the grocery store. Dawn and Brett are outstanding hosts! Quick responses, lots of great information on the condo and the town. We will be back!

The condo was exceptionally well equipped and the location was convenient to restaurants, bars and shops in Winter Park. It was also convenient to the bus stop, which allowed our group to ski on their own schedule. The really only negative is the amount of steps. If mobility or health are an issue, this is not a good selection; otherwise, I would highly recommend it if you are planning a vacation to Winter Park.

We loved the property. It had private spaces for everyone and spaces to be together. The kitchen was one of the best supplied I have ever seen. Every appliance and tool was there to use. Everything was in good working order. Our only complaint was a lack of towels, bath and kitchen. Everyone gave it a thumbs up. The location was convenient.

Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, 2 teens, 1 10 year old) greatly enjoyed our stay at Dawn's Red Quill Village townhouse. The house had a great location and within walking distance of restaurants. The home was immaculate, well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked. We used the outdoor grill on two occasions and this was a nice addition. The photos accurately portray both the exterior and interior of the home. Dawn was the perfect host. We had a few minor issues and she was prompt in addressing the matters. If you have mobility issues, the home does have many steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

We brought our adult children and their spouses for a week long get-away to the mountains. Some are skiers and some took lessons for the first time. Townhome is nicely decorated, stocked well, and clean. It has a ton of stairs which became an issue just for me since I broke my legs in 4 places the first day of skiing. But it was a very comfortable place to rest while waiting on my surgery date.

This vacation rental is one of the best our family has had the pleasure of renting! We had 8 people staying here, and it was very spacious and comfortable for our ski trip to Winter Park. It’s very convenient to the resort as well as shops and restaurants. All rooms are exactly as the pictures show, but what they don’t show is how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms are for guests. There are plenty of cookware, spices, and toiletries for guests to use (which are always an issue at other rentals). The owners included very clear instructions for check in and checkout, and they were very responsive to our inquiries. We would highly recommend this townhome to any renters and would absolutely stay there again on future trips to Winter Park! 😊

We had a large group of friends for a ski trip. This house was convenient with a 2 minutes walk to the lift bus stop, grocery store, liquor store, and more! They also had a well stocked kitchen with spices, Tupperware, crockpots, etc. Dawn was easy to work with and even provided a mixer when I asked! Overall, great location and kitchen! My friends and I had an amazing weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Pictures don’t do it justice! It was not only beautiful and clean but it was spacious for our group of 7 and perfectly located to catch the bus that took us straight to Winter Park Resort. However, what stood out the most was the small attention to details in ensuring you had everything you could possibly need, from the extra towels and flip flops for the hot tub, to the cabinet full of games, to the boot warmers for your ski equipment. I can confidently speak for all of my friends and say that we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Dawn for being such an incredible host.

My husband and I, along with two adult children and their significant others stayed for just 5 nights. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked for guest, including all the necessary cleaning supplies, hand sanitizers, etc. that are useful during the COVID pandemic. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is exactly as pictured and in a great location for all the activities that Winter Park has to offer.

We had so many great experiences here! The grocery store is super close and accessible. Loved the short walk to the store and public transportation. We were also able to walk to the movie theatre/bowling alley. The house exceeded our expectations. If you travel with kids you know they always get the shaft on beds. Not at this house! The "kids" room was on the bottom floor all to themselves. the 2 bunk beds both having upgraded full size mattresses was amazing! The day bed in the middle which serves as a couch made into a full trundle also. that means 6 full size UPGRADED mattresses for the kids/tweens! The kitchen and its accessories PLUS free condiments did not disappoint either. We were so surprised at our gift basket with goodies the home owners left. I cannot speak to the timely response from the homeowners because... we did not need them for a single thing!! everything worked, was labeled, easy to find etc. The dining table was HUGE. The powder room for all to share while in the living/kitchen was great. Every guest had their own private bath that was not the common restroom. Highly HIGHLY recommend this property.

Was a great experience, it was just what we needed plenty of bedroom with private bathroom. Our family of 6 adults, 2 high schooler and 2 young one had a great time as everything we needed was there and in good working condition. Had one problem, we did not realize that it took longer to boil water at high altitudes. Would recommend this place to all.
