Lazy Lure Cabin resides within a secluded, tranquil community, with a picturesque view of the river below. It's conveniently near downtown and Canyon Lake!

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.
• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway. There is a trash bin provided. Trash Pickup is every Monday Morning. If you are staying at the house Sunday Night, please roll the bins for Monday Morning pick-up.
• Pets: No Pets Allowed: Please note that any pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Security Cameras: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras may be in use at this property. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor interior spaces.
• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.
• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.
• Please note that we do not accept package deliveries at the property. Any packages sent to the address may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend making alternative arrangements for package deliveries during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

From the very beginning, Lazy H Retreats was so easy to work with. They responded very quickly to inquiries. The house had everything we needed and was in a good location to everything we wanted to do. The stairway down to the river was amazing but there were ALOT of steps. Going down was easy, but coming up was a not as easy. Thankfully there are rest benches along the way back up!

My family and I were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The pictures posted are very deceiving. The downstairs rooms only have one actual door — the rest just have open walkways where you can see straight through to the other side, offering no privacy at all. The upstairs room has a barn door, but it doesn’t close securely and can easily be pushed open, which isn’t ideal if you’re all adults wanting some privacy.The stairs going down to the river are extremely steep and not safe for small children or anyone not used to steep climbs. They were also very dirty, covered with animal droppings and spider webs. One of the steps even broke when my uncle stepped on it, causing him to almost his ankle.We were really excited about the river access, which was the main reason we booked this place, but that was also disappointing. There were no paddles for the canoe, broken chairs, and lots of trash around the area, so we didn’t even stay down there. When I asked, I was told that no one really maintains or cleans that area.Inside, several of the kitchen cookware items were in bad shape, and the grill shown in the pictures was in terrible condition. We had planned to grill most of our meals during our stay, but that ended up being very difficult. Around the property, there were spider webs everywhere—some spots worse than others. The sprinkler system also had an awful smell, almost like it was using septic water, which was unbearab
