Two beautiful acres situated on Guadalupe River with ninety yards of beach like river front access. Start your river float on the famous Whitewater Horseshoe section of the river from your own backyard Horseshoe float start is only 200 yards down river) or enjoy world class rainbow trout fishing on one of the best stretches for fishing on the Guadalupe River. Close to restaurants in the beautiful Gruene area and New Braunfels or a short drive to San Antonio. Enjoy a fantastic concert at the Whitewater Amphitheater which is in walking distance from your Whitewater Ranch Retreat home. This property is great for a romantic getaway or for a couple families looking to enjoy the Guadalupe River or Canyon Lake which is only about 5 minutes away to nearest boat ramp.
Master Bedroom will sleep 4 with a king size bed and a trundle bed as well. Guest bedroom will sleep 2 with a queen size bed. Bunk room will have 2 queens on bottom and 2 twins on top sleeping 6, and a pull out couch in living room if needed,

Great home right on the river! House had all the amenities you would need. Very cozy homelike feeling. We loved sitting on the swig by the river and watching the ducks swim by. I don’t like to leave good reviews bc next time I go to book the house, I know it will be gone The hosts were very communicative and the neighbor was a sweetheart!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location could not have been better. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the extra touches like the games, water toys, and private river access. Our family spent hours enjoying the river and making memories together. The host was wonderful, and the property exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place was awesome. We have stayed at a couple STRs on this river, and this was by far the best one. Location is perfect to float the river. AC works fantastic. Clean and orderly. Host was fantastic. Having river toys was a plus. All around a perfect stay with friends and family. This will be our go to stay for the Guadalupe.

BOOK THIS HOME!!!! All the reviews that hype this home up, are accurate. No fake or paid reviews! First off, the hosts were amazing and very quick to respond. They are so attentive, that I didn’t even see half of the communications checking to see if we needed anything! Hard to be on your phones when you have an amazing home and river to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life! Home was clean, spacious and the fans and AC don’t play! 🥶. Beds are Heaven! I even took a pic of the brand! The river was amazing! Cold! But amazing. It did rain a couple times, but nothing that kept us from having a great time! Seen lots of fish in the clear waters! But dang, they eluded me! That’s ok! It’s called fishing! We put in right from property! The first day we floated from the house to 2nd bridge, and that was 2 hours. The 2nd day we put in at the house and floated to the 4th crossing that took us right around 4.5 hours and was a perfect float! We ordered pizza from Elios and that was yummy! I could go on and on about how perfect this home was! We will be back! BOOK IT!!!
