Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everyone loved the arcade room. We vacation in Canyon Lake multiple times a year so we have a lot of experience with rentals in the area. This home was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The outside space is nice to relax with coffee in the morning or to enjoy the lights and ambiance at night with the Hill Country breeze. We also enjoyed feeding the deer. The host is very kind and really understands hospitality.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home so much! it was perfect for our party of 10. We had a broad age group of children with us ranging from 2 to 16. The kids really enjoyed seeing the deer everywhere. The neighborhood pool and basketball court was an extra bonus. The host was very easy to reach and was extremely accommodating. He even had the house waiting for us with music and chocolates. We can't wait to visit again!

We arrived a bit early and the property owner was very kind and let us know where things were, we had a lake access key but it was a bit of a walk so we went to a local park with parking and lake access. The deer are wonderful and the patio is great for hanging out. Overall 10/10

The house was in a great location. It was central to everywhere we needed to go. Once we got there, the house was so welcoming, chocolates were left for us. The music was turned on for us, and we even had a deer waiting for us to feed her. The wildlife we got to see just in the backyard was amazing. We were only a 20 min drive from Gruene, natural bridge caverns and the Comal River. The Guadalupe horseshoe loop float was only a 10 min drive. The pool was well kept and fun thing to do.

Everything was amazing about this house! The game room provided really fun games to be competitive with friends as well as a good pass time. The kitchen and living room was a nice place to gather and make nice dinners in and just visit. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook meals. And the extra blankets/linens in the master bedroom were very helpful.The corn hole and giant jenga games outside were nice to play with while grilling and just hanging out listening to music. The hanging string lights provided a good ambiance as well. Every bed was comfortable and warm to sleep in. And the TV’s in every bedroom including the guest house were very nice! The host was very good at communicating throughout our trip, responding pretty quickly every time to each question/concern we had. Also very sweet touch getting the game room lights all set up before our arrival and leaving a cute note/treats for us.The house was in a pretty good location when it came to activities to do with everything being within a 30 minute drive including Schlitterbahn, Comel park and river and various grocery stores/coffee shops. Overall, our trip was amazing and loved everything about this house and the host!

Every aspect of this home was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, we couldn't get enough of the arcade. While we were there the lake was really low limiting alot of the activities we'd had planned. However the home more than fulfilled our itinerary. From the arcade tonthe deer to the community pool, we loved every minute of our little getaway.

We were looking for a nice place to stay that was centrally located to the courses we had lined up for the weekend and really hit the jackpot with this house. The checkin process was super simple with a doorcode texted to us en route from the airport. When we arrived the hosts had the arcade room lit up ready welcome us in like the grownup kids we were for the weekend. The fans and air conditioning were on for a perfect climate, and my discerning nose couldn’t detect any weird smells, which is an important observation for me. The place was clean, the beds were soft, and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet with people out for walks in the mornings, yielding and merging with the local herd of white tail deer in the streets and yards. Definitely give this place a try!

This was the best stay ever!! We have a blast! The extra special touches with the wine, personal card and candy were so sweet. The game room was great, my two oldest grandsons (5 &8) loved it. I loved the early mornings in the backyard on the rocker chair, smelling the fresh country air. This home is beautiful with all the amenities. Everything you need is there. The fire places another special touch and oh yeah the lake house out back nice. The deers and foxes, country life with a city touch at its best. Thank you for having us!!!

Perfect house for kids and game lovers. The game room was even better than pictured, the backyard was large and had lots of room to run around between games, the house had lake access (which was great for fishing) and the clubhouse had a great playground and picnic tables for an outdoor lunch. Steve made us feel very welcome and we will definitely be back!

Property was beautiful. Location was great with lots to explore. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Kids loved seeing the deer every morning and evening. At times they would just rest in the back yard. Arcade room was a plus even with extra sitting. Trip to San Antonio was really not long. We'll have to come back to visit. Wanted to hike with kids and the dogs but serval places were closed that weekend. Would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It will be one to go down in our rental house history books because of the unique experience of all the arcade games and being able to feed the deer! In addition to these very cool features we also appreciated the house. It was very well stocked for cooking. The neighborhood pool was very close by. There were plenty of beds and the house was overall very lovely and comfortable. Our teens thought it was great to get their own space out in the "cabin". The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process.

Host was very responsive, offering plenty of suggestions in the area. The house was all set up when we got there with the lights on, AC comfortable, tv's on with background music, and all six arcade games on. The game room is awesome and has old school games (golf included). Game room has an L-shaped sectional and a cot. Full kitchen setup and the host had coffee, creamer and sweetener set up for guests (along with some wine and snacks). The master bath has a bidet which was a great last minute perk. Host had a bucket of corn set out so guests could feed the deer (there were about 10 in the backyard at one point and they aren't shy) along cornhole boards and mutliple seating areas. The backhouse has two twin sized beds and a cot with a mini-fridge/coffee/drinking water setup (no bathroom). Host was very easy to work with and will answer any questions that you may have. 10/10 overall!

If you're looking for a roomy home to vacation in this is the one! The den has some really cool arcade games and the backyard is awesome! Not to mention the deer in the neighborhood come up often for water and food!!!
