2 steps from metro A and convenient for reaching the most visited sites in a few minutes on foot. St. Peter's, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo etc.
APARTMENT RULES:
- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation
- The tourist tax (€6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of €50 is required in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- travel cot is available upon request
IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in you must include a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send the documents relating to the registration of arriving people upon request.

*In the situation of the Tenant’s inability to vacate the apartment by the day and time of Check out (10 AM), the Tenant, authorizes the Lessor to enter the house in his absence and to free the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or property of the Conductor. The Lessor also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days ), in the best possible way, all the Lessee’s assets and return them to the same at his first request.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

Ricardo stayed in touch throughout the day. He provided contracts in English for signature. We were relieved to arrive at this location at 8 pm from an afternoon in Pisa. The property is a few blocks from shopping and the Vatican Museum. There’s a grocery store close by so we were able to stock the kitchen easily. Restaurants were easily accessible. We enjoyed the size and scale of the apartment. The kitchen was well organized where we found everything that we needed.
