The apartment contributed to a wonderful stay in Rome in the Jubilee year 2025.

We were greeted by the host, who helped us very well with paying for the shuttle service. He then showed us the apartment. We received a very good map and, at our request, some tips about a local supermarket and restaurants. There was a welcome package with bread, jam, and cookies. During our stay, we had a question, which was resolved satisfactorily within 5 minutes via the app. Check-out was also very smooth; we could leave the key and close the door. The location is ideally situated near the Vatican City in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

The property is at the 7th floor with a lift to the 6th floor so there is a bit of walking but not a problem if you’re up for it. The location for the apartment that sleeps 5 was brilliant and so close to the Vatican City. The terrace was so lovely to have and the facilities the flat had were more than we could ask for. Alberto was lovely and helpful - he provided lots of local knowledge! Thanks so much.

Great location, helpful and responsive hosts

This apartment was in a nice location, really close to the subway. The host met us at the property and was very informative and helpful. I also appreciated the prompt responses I received from these hosts when booking - they even arranged airport pick up. The apartment was clean, and the bedrooms are spacious.

There were 7 of us staying in the apartment, it accommodated all of us nicely in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms, but the central gathering spot (kitchen) was a little small for all of us to sit and visit.

Perfect location for visiting the Vatican

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Rome. It was a great fit for our family of four—my wife and me, along with our 22-year-old son and 18-year-old daughter. Each of our children had their own bedroom, which made the space comfortable and convenient. The apartment felt safe and was overall clean and well-maintained. It’s located within easy walking distance of the Vatican, and there are several excellent restaurants nearby. For other major tourist sites in Rome, we found it easiest to take a taxi, subway, or enjoy a longer walk. We didn’t spend much time in the unit beyond sleeping, but one note for future guests: while the apartment has three bedrooms, there isn’t a large common area for gathering as a group—aside from sitting together at the kitchen table. The WiFi was reliable throughout our stay, and I was able to attend virtual meetings without any issues. Our host, Alberto, was outstanding. He provided helpful local recommendations, kept in touch via WhatsApp, and even help us by arranging a shuttle pickup from the Rome airport for 90 Euros, which made our arrival after a long overnight flight from the U.S. incredibly smooth. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment—especially if your plans include spending time at or near the Vatican.

Superb stay

Comfortable beds and good space for my family. Balcony was so nice but did not spend much time there. Amazing shower. Toiletries and towels supplied. The welcoming host Alberto was so helpful. Excellent communication.

Just the fact that the lift did not reach the 6th floor where our apartment was but the welcoming staff Alberto was so kind in helping with my heavy luggage. Other than that it’s perfect. Won’t be a problem if you travel light.

Alberto was extremely accommodating and easily met us when we arrived. He walked us through the apartment and took some extra time to give us advice on getting around the city with a few recommendations. We loved the outdoor patio, the location was great for our visit to the Vatican and the area felt very safe.

Ideal location and wonderful host.

It was ideal for someone going to a game in Stadio Olympico which was about 3km or the Vatican was a 10 minute walk!

I have nothing to complain about! We were even met by Alberto at the Metro and shown to the apartment. He was fantastic and left a lovely welcome pack for us.

We loved this apartment- it was in a lovely apartment block in a great neighbourhood-5 mins walk to the Vatican and nearest tube. lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Large bedrooms and bathrooms,v clean and extremely helpful host.

No coffee capsules for the nespresso machine and no other coffee maker. No tea either and biscuits provided were very poor. Could not use washing machine as some previous guests’ laundry inside. Bedroom doors could not lock either and aircon did not work properly.

Lovely accommodation and very helpful host.

Host was lovely and happy to help throughout our stay. Property was very clean with essentials like dish and hand soap provided. Location was great, near busses, metro and within easy walking distance of many must see locations.

There are 3 bedrooms but this means the only family seating area is at the kitchen table. There are large armchairs in the bedrooms though so you can spend time with everyone in a bedroom if you want to so it's not a massive problem.

there are several different apartments, so I can only speak to the one at Piazza Risorgimento, 36. Apartment was spacious and beds were very comfy. a/c worked great! we also enjoyed have a caffe and gelateria right outside. location was great! taxi stand right outside front door and Metro stop nearby. Easy walk to the Vatican Museums. the hosts were super communicative and easy to work with! gave us restaurant recommendations.

no living room, but it was fine to gather & chat at the dining room table. Rooms are pretty sparsely furnished and our armoire door was broken. The balcony is nothing to be enjoyed but overlooks an interior area where people hang their laundry and house bikes.

Alby came and picked us up. We made the mistake of having our driver drop us at the wrong address. Alby graciously came and got us, and took us to the correct address.

Great city centre apartment

Alberto was an excellent host. Our plane was delayed outside of check in time but he cheerfully met us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was in a lovely old building near to bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the Vatican. We were very pleased with the welcome basket that contained a bottle of wine which was much appreciated after a long day of travelling . We had a late flight home and Alberto very kindly kept in contact with us and on our last night confirmed there was no new booking so we had the apartment for the full day. This was a bonus as we didn't have cart our luggage around Rome. We would stay here again if we see lucky enough to return to Rome.

Location, Valentina was very friendly and very helpful . she came to even look for us when we got lost. Great location near the metro and supermarket. Large and spacious flat!

The en suite bathroom in the main bedroom needs a touch up . Some of the bedding had a few stains on!

The location is central and near to the train station. It’s walking distance to Vatican City and near by there are restaurants and mini market. the wet market is also just 7 mins walk from the apt.

The coffee machine don’t really working well. Unfortunately this apartment don’t have a living area. the common area is the kitchen. Other than that everything is good.
