O apartamento super espaçoso e muito confortável além de ser próximo da Cidade do Vaticano, de restaurantes e tb de conveniências.

O elevador é até nostálgico, mas para os padrões de hoje parece não inspirar confiança

We stayed here for five nights as a family of five. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Vatican and close to the Ottaviano metro station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Communication before arrival was clear, and Francesco was easy to reach via WhatsApp. The apartment was a practical base for exploring Rome. Overall, a well-located and comfortable choice for a family stay.

The only drawback is that luggage storage after check-out is not available, which can be inconvenient with a later flight.

It was close to a few restaurants but they closed pretty early. There were enough beds for each of us (party of 7). Just around corner for the Vatican and San Angelos's which has a lovely little spot to put your feet in the water to cool off.

The host charged us an extra fee for late check in which was not disclosed in the Booking site - he did write us and tell us, but after booking on the booking site you cannot cancel without losing the entire amount. Our flight was delayed so we were rushing out of the airport to try to prevent an even higher charge that had not been disclosed aside from messages after booking. Ridiculous as all he had to do was give us a code where the keys are in a lockbox... just another way to make money I guess. The a/c in the living area with sofa bed was either freezing or not working - no in between. We arrived late only to find they had provided no toilet paper. I messaged him and they did bring, but not until after 9am which we'd already had to leave for our Vatican time slot. It is close to Vatican and San Angelo's but a bit of a trip to city center. The train workers were on strike while we were there, making travel more complicated. There were some ants in the kitchen but it was > 100 degrees outside so maybe whoever there before had left food. There was no coffee or any amenities to make such. We stayed in Europe 3 weeks - in multiple different homes - this was the first to provide a completely unstocked kitchen. We would not stay here again.

O APARTAMENTO É BEM LOCALIZADO E AMPLO. NÃO TEM UMIDADE E É BEM ENSOLARADO. ESTAS SÃO AS CARACTERÍSTICAS MAIS POSITIVAS.

1. NA COZINHA NÃO TEM TODOS OS UTENSÍLIOS QUE PRECISAMOS. APESAR DE TER UMA CAFETEIRA ITALIANA DE ALUMÍNIO (BEM USADA), NÃO TINHA GARRAFA TÉRMICA E NEM UMA CAFETEIRA MELHOR. 2. PODERIA TER MAIS RECURSOS PARA SE COZINHAR. 3. O ACENTO DO VASO SANITÁRIO DE UM DOS BANHEIROS (DA FRENTE) ESTAVA DESLOCADO. 4. ACHO QUE PRECISARIA DE MAIS ATENÇÃO NA QUESTÃO DE MANUTENÇÃO DO APARTAMENTO. 5. OUTRA COISA É O ELEVADOR. MUITO PEQUENO E DAQUELES ANTIGOS QUE A GENTE FICA NA DÚVIDA SE É SEGURO USAR. O PRÉDIO, COMO A MAIORIA DE ROMA, É MUITO ANTIGO. 6. NO APARTAMENTO TEM AVISOS COM AMEAÇAS DE MULTAS CASO SE ESTRAGUE ALGUMA COISA E ISTO É BEM DESAGRADÁVEL, POIS NORMALMENTE PESSOAS HONESTAS E HONRADAS SÃO CUIDADOSAS PARA NÃO ESTRAGAR. 7. PARA QUEM TEM CRIANÇAS, AS JANELAS SÃO BAIXAS E NÃO TEM PROTEÇÃO, NÃO RECOMENDO. EXIGE ATENÇÃO CONSTANTE. 8. SE ESTIVER DE CARRO, NÃO TEM ONDE ESTACIONAR, ROMA NÃO TEM ESPAÇO DE ESTACIONAMENTO NAS RUAS. 9. O SISTEMA DE AQUECIMENTO NÃO FUNCIONAVA, ACHO QUE ESTAVA DESLIGADO. ESTAVA FRIO À NOITE.
