We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map.
The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a weekend.

We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!
