Walk downstairs, and you are steps away from Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Umlauf Sculpture Garden, and all the shine of Barton Springs Boulevard. This lovely space features 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room so the apartment can sleep 4 guests. There are floor-to-ceiling windows and attractive features throughout the area with an ample living room with large smart TV, a full kitchen with a tall dining room table and chairs, gigantic walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, comfy queen bed in the bedroom and is well-suited to any enlightened traveler. -Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. Sorry.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
