A one bedroom condo located in the heart of the highly coveted Zilker neighborhood. Less than a block away you will find Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake trail, UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum and Zilker Park - home to SXSW and ACL music festivals! South Lamar, South Congress, Downtown, The Capitol, Rainey Street District all just a quick walk, scooter, or bike ride away.
This flat was professionally designed and renovated in 2022. It contains luxury vinyl flooring, contemporary fixtures, and has a clean, modern look. It also contains all brand new furniture from May 2022 as well. It is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom that can sleep up to 4 comfortably. This condominium is one of four in a two-story building. All areas inside the condo are completely private.

Very nice and photo's perfectly represented the inside of the apartment. Very spacious and newly updated. Staying a week, the washer and dryer was a great amenity. The location was great with quick access to all the great things in Austin. We will definitely try to stay there again!

Easy uber access to 6th street. But in a great place to walk around at the park.Needed new door code to check in but host was very quick to respond and helped out.Place is very clean nice bed.
