About 1.5 miles from downtown allowing easy access to all Austin has to offer! Great local market directly across the street & access to multiple other grocery stores. Primary bedroom includes a king memory foam bed & guest room includes a queen memory foam. Pool, 2 parking spots & full size w/d.

Remodeled condo that is in a great location next to Zilker park. Condo was clean and had all the things needed for a short or long stay. The property manager was very accommodating and took very good care of us.

The unit itself was great. It's on grade level with an off street quiet spot. Entered into a large open room with a well-equipped kithchen and laundry off to the left. Bedrooms were very nice with huge closets which are great for a long term stay. We stayed for 4 weeks in this phenomenal location. Just a block from the park and walkable to many dining and entertainment options. Easy to get to S. Lamar and S. Congress as well as downtown. Access to Bee Cave and the MoPac was great as well. The unit owner was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy. He was particularly responsive to one issue that was not his fault. (Prior renter left something under the washer/dryer that leaked/smelled.)
