About this apartment rental
You know it’s a good omen for a vacation rental when our first renter was only supposed to stay in the Sweet for two nights...and ended up staying a month!
The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive. It's very quiet!
The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king bed, a large closet and a large full length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans and grinder. And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.
All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!
You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space itself is clean, but nothing flashy. Your location is perfect to access Barton Springs, the greenbelt, and the rest of Austin. It was easy to enjoy most of what Austin has to offer with experiencing as little traffic as possible. As an active family traveling we also really appreciated access to the washers and dryers on site. The hosts communication was great too. We definitely would consider staying again.

We always book with this wonderful team every time we come to Austin! Always clean, great AC, relaxing porch, and easy communication with host as needed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with, and has coffee beans and grinder! I recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to Zilker and have a fantastic place to stay! JM

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very helpful and our place was comfortable. This area is near the great Zilker Park & Botanical Gardens as well as Barton Springs Pool. The Double Decker Bus tour of the city is very good.We walked on the trail next to Barton Creek and Lady Bird Lake. One has easy access to shopping, restaurants and sights in Austin. We would return without hesitation!

Fully equipped kitchen, great ac, clean, comfortable, great location. This is the fourth time we have stayed in one of these units. Always great! The only place we rent when in town! Hosts are great! Joey M.
