About this cottage rental
Swallows cottage has everything you need for a cosy, comfy stay in Norfolk. This 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom cottage has space for everyone to sit back, enjoy and relax. Set among beautiful scenery with ample farmland & woodland walks. Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, Air hockey. table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds.
Located across the farm (a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk) at the north end is our outdoor heated swimming pool & Grass tennis court (open from May to the end of September). We operate a booking system for those that would like a private swim and there is also a free swim session where all guests can use the pool at the same time. On the opposite side of the farm there is our hard tennis court which is open all year round.
If you need more space for your family and friends, this cottage can be booked with Pond cottage as they interconnect via the lounge doors.

An amazing welcoming place to stay, lots to do on site and lovely touches in the cottage itself. Very well equipped kitchen we had friends for dinner and found all we needed to cook and serve up a meal. The location is beautiful with wonderful bluebell woods just nearby, and lots of wildlife to see.
Very easy to book, communication was great - we felt very well looked after.
We will be back!

This cottage was lovely and very spacious. I loved it had a games room and the horses surrounding us.
