Cosmopolis is across the river & minutes from Aberdeen. New furnishings/linens. Quiet and extremely safe location on the hill. Once the home of the Forest Hills Supper Club, in the 40's, this triplex unit is now "Eclectic Meets.Industrial. "Private entry. Parking in front of property. Living room has extra sleeping if needed.
A 40 acre wilderness park is at the end of the road. Great hiking and walking area. Also a lovely walking trail along the river. Very safe community - many law enforcement families choose to live in "Cosi." Known as the "Mayberry" of Grays Harbor. This private unit is newly furnished for your enjoyment. We live close by if you need anything. We are retired innkeepers .
(NOTE there is no hot tub. That is an auto-list item) There is one at the YMCA!
Monthly Rent $1900 ($64 p/nite base) Sept. to April. Other months: $1700. ($57 base p/nite)
