About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the cozy town of Pacific Beach and just a brief walk to the sandy beach about a block away. Nothing is better than a typically quiet town with the sounds of the waves in the background.
This newly remodeled and updated 8 condo complex has the perfect mix of history and modern day. Visit the office or read through the calendars in each condo. Surprising how this stretch of beach, villages and towns developed into what is now known as the North Beach. The nearby Museum of the North Beach also has an abundance of historical information.
A quick glimpse into yesteryear: This area was originally settled in 1863 by Henry Blodgett, a pioneer trapper and hunter. Later, he gave a portion of his 160 acres to P.H. Roundtree. In 1903, Mr. Roundtree began platting the townsite and named it Joe Creek, after the nearby creek. Later, the name was changed to Pacific Beach.
The new courtyard has two new hot tubs, a conversation area surrounding a propane fire, all covered by gazebos (also screened and solid curtains) for use 365 days a year! There are also 2 charcoal BBQs and 1 charcoal smoker. Please bring your own charcoal.
Dog friendly! New owners live on site. Life is just better at the beach!
While the Joe Creek Condo complex is a newer property for us, we have been recognized by Vrbo as being Premier Hosts with our beach house.

The place was way bigger than we were expecting and so cute! The daddy long legs kept us on our toes but it was well worth it. The location is perfect. We walked to the cute café every morning and the pub around the corner was cozy and affordable. We love thrifting so two being just down the road from us was also awesome. Just a walk down the street and boom you're at the beach and everything else around was less than a 30 minute drive (Seabrook, Ocean Shores, Damon's Point, etc) We are totally coming back someday soon!

Very comfortable and user friendly. We needed a place to keep our stuff and head out each day for adventure and return to kitchen, a little relax and glass of wine. Great utility and relax place. thanks

We just relocated to Washington State from the Midwest and were looking for somewhere to stay for the short term while we waited for our house to close. In addition to our human family members (two adults, 1 infant), we had a dog and two cats with us. Cats are notoriously hard to find accommodation for, but Janet was understanding and accepted our request. Overall we stayed here for just about two weeks. Janet was also very accommodating with us arriving a day late due to our multi day travel itinerary to get to Washington (this might have to do with it being off season and around Thanksgiving) as well as leaving early when we were able to close on our house earlier than anticipated.
This is a cute condo and would work great for a small family on vacation. The internet is strong enough for remote work. I really loved being able to take the dog for a walk at lunch on the beach. The washer and dryers did not work during our stay, but Janet took our items and used their personal washer and dryer so we had clean clothes. They did provide a change of clean linens during our stay. There was a small leak above the door one evening when it rained hard but Fletcher came to check it out. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you might need but I wish there was a little more counter space for food prep.
