About this house rental
This large 3 story home has unsurpassed ocean front views. There is an elevator for your convenience. Designed for large group gatherings. This home is duplex style with complete kitchens on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Very comfortable open concept , you can set it up for all 24 to share a meal, play games or hold a meeting in one or split the group . However you want to use the space it is easily transformed.
As you can see from the pictures the house has a lot of stairs to enjoy the best views possible, access to each floor is from the outside stair cases.
Check in time is a little later than most. It is a huge house and takes extra time to prepare for your stay . So if you need to get in earlier than the 5 PM posted , check with the rental office to see if that is possible.
Although the owner does supply several BBQ's for guest use , At The Beach Rentals does not guarentee them. We suggest to bring your own.
The hot tub is use at your own risk , if the Hot Tub was drained prior to your arrival it takes 4-6 hours to heat up. If you are sensitive to chlorine we suggest you do not use it , To keep it sanatary for large groups the level is quite high
Cell phone service is spotty at the house, we have discovered Verizon Wireless has the strongest signal.

Quiet and great views.

Beautiful location, roomy home for all 16 of us (ages 5-73), and beach access was perfect. Lots of games available, both kitchens well stocked, great ocean view. A downside was the elevator was broken 😕, and the key to the lower apartment broke off in the door! Sliding door was very hard to open. But we enjoyed our stay very much, would recommend readily.
