Our cottage features that our competitors do not have such as; hardwood floors, cozy gas fireplace, a full second bathroom with a HDTV with integrated DVD and complementary Unlimited Wi-Fi, Roku player, Hulu, Peacock, HBOMax, Netflix & Disney, FreeVee, Pluto; a gas BBQ, washer dryer, fire pit and all the comforts of home!

The cottage features two bedrooms, the master has an attached private bathroom and it's own deck to enjoy the morning sun. The over sized front BBQ deck faces west, relax while enjoying the sunset. Nice small house on a very quiet street, and a good value, cheaper than anything in nearby Seabrook, but still excellent location near the beach (walk or drive).The good: quiet area, full kitchen, laundry, two full bathrooms, the price. Lots of games and activities.The so-so: the kitchen the dining is a step down sunken in the middle of the house, and everything in the house is a bit old and cramped. The heaters work but are as loud as a leaf blower. The house is cold and damp.The bad: the floor was filthy with hair, the upper bunk bed has no railing, so our child couldn't safely use it.
