If you're looking for a little peace, quiet, and refreshing breezes, you will love this two-level beach home! The first level has an open concept living space with a wall of west-facing windows and a full-length covered deck. The living area boasts endless comfort with a sofa, three armchairs, a large flatscreen TV, and endless books and board games for fun evenings at home. The chef of the group will love to prepare fun and delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The coffee maker will be everyone's best friend in the mornings and the breakfast bar adds three dining spaces if the six-person dining table comes up short. The first floor also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, one bedroom, one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and access to the enclosed yard. The yard is a great place to hang out and enjoy a sunny evening. There you'll have four patio chairs and a private gas grill if you feel inspired enough to surprise your friends with a barbecue.
Back inside, climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home where you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a convenient balcony with two comfortable chairs.

This beach house is within walking distance to public beach access and conveniently located near Seabrook for dining and entertainment. The Pacific Beach State Park is one mile away, and if you'd like to explore the surrounding area and take in scenic views, you'll have Sheahan Trail nearby as well.

Easy to access, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms & kitchen were perfect for a few days stay for 6+ people. TV and wifi were good for our needs. Really fun little place if you're looking to stay in the area and need to house a few people. Would be good for kids too. Lots of board games and a collection of movies and such. Few minutes walk or drive down the hill to the beach.

This house is very clean. Very nicely stocked with the necessary items in the kitchen. There are pots and pans, baking dishes.. casserole dishes Plenty of utensils and silverware. Even a Brita pitcher.
They management communicates well with the information needed to enter property. Also, they actually respond when you have questions or need assistance. I have been very impressed.
There are great DVD’s even kid friendly ones. Good WIFI.
They have small bottles of shampoo and soap as well. In case you forget yours. Not to far from the beach. If you’re a great walker you could walk it. Other wise plan to drive.

The kitchen is small but extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The layout and bedrooms are perfect for a couple (or three) families travelling together giving everyone their own space. Convenient location to a great beach and cute town with all the amenities.
This was perfect for our group and got rave reviews from everyone.

The house and decor are quite nice. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Overall, it's OK. There's almost no view of the ocean, instead it's surrounded by other houses that all have windows that face into the Little Blue House. We felt uncomfortable sitting at the dining table and seeing someone right next door watching TV, so we had the blinds up most of the time. The beach access is not within walking distance, and there's no bathroom there. The public park down the road that has a bathroom requires a Discover Pass... so $30 to park. Most of the coast line is fenced off, so even though it looks like it's very close to the beach, you have to drive to get to it. The water tastes terrible, and the filter pitcher in the fridge did not remove all of the taste and are notorious for growing bacteria, so after filtering the water we boiled it, making the house humid and adding an annoying task. Bring bottled water if you stay here. The layout was nice, with the main room offering an open floor plan for the living, dining, and kitchen area. The couch is quite low to the ground, so be aware if getting up and down is a challenge.
