Perfect location. Short walk to the beach.
Charmingly cozy. Loft sleeping area a bit precarious but fun for kids. Great porch for hanging out with family. Heating system - gas fireplace- worked great. The downstairs bed was a popular napping space.
A little frayed- front steps had loose non slip pads, bbq worked but one of 3 burners didn’t light and propane container was rusty, some of the kitchen appliances didn’t work well.

Location
Couch very uncomfortable, no ventilation in kitchen. Being tall had to sleep downstairs would be nice if bed wasn’t right against the wall

The easy access to the beach. The location. The quirky cottage, original features. Nice comfortable beds
The couch needs update not at all comfortable. TV stand not stable, update out door chairs. Better entry rugs.
