About this cottage rental
Located 30 km from Nantes and 2 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, this peaceful, detached former barn, renovated in 2015, combines modern comfort with authentic charm.
Large south-facing terrace with awning and a private, enclosed 1800 m² garden with swing set, badminton, and pétanque court, set within a 1-hectare park with a private 2500 m² pond (fishing permitted). Wooden garden shed.
Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with pool table, separate fitted kitchen, one accessible bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with en-suite shower room/WC, and a separate WC.
First floor: mezzanine with children's play area, two bedrooms (five 90x200 cm beds), bathroom, and separate WC.
Amenities included: tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, stereo system, and a baby cot and high chair upon request. Not included: electric heating (€7/day - from the beginning of November to the end of March), electricity, bed linen, towels, tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€90).
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
