About this cottage rental
Located 30 km from Nantes and 2 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, this peaceful, detached former barn, renovated in 2015, combines modern comfort and authenticity.
Large south-facing terrace and 1,800 m² private enclosed garden with swings, badminton, and a bowling green, set in a 1-hectare park with a 2,500 m² private pond (fishing available). Wooden garden shed.
Ground floor: large living/dining room, separate fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (queen-size bed) with private shower room/toilet and separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with children's play area, 2 bedrooms (5 single beds), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, stereo, baby cot and booster seat.
