In the heart of the Châteaubriant region, in a peaceful and natural setting, this beautiful stone house is ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. The 3,500 m² unfenced garden features a swing set, slide, and sandpit.
Ground floor: large living room, dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190cm bed), bathroom, separate toilet, and storage room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: two twin beds (90x190cm), 2: two twin beds (90x190cm), 3: trundle beds (90x190cm), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby equipment, stereo, DVD player, and freezer.
Not included: heat pump heating, electricity, wood, sheets, towels, and household linens. A mandatory cleaning fee is €90 for business customers. Pets: €100 deposit.
Nantes is 50 km away (tram and train access is 4 km away: Issé train station).
