Central location but grubby and dingy

Good central location. Reasonable cycle storage.

General cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived was not great. Kitchen crockery and utensils obviously dirty, laminate flooring throughout was grubby, sticky and dirty. Very poor noise insulation from flat above and street noise just outside window prevented a good nights sleep. Very poor value for money in my opinion. Would not consider a return stay.

Not a great stop for an overnight stay.

Clear check-in instructions Responsive staff

Both the description in the listing and the photographs clearly show a washing machine in the unit. That’s why I booked it. Only after I booked and showed up did I see it didn’t have one. There is a laundry space available in a shed out back—two stories down. The unit I had had two operable skylights, but only one window and that had a grate over it. Not sure what would happen in a fire evacuation if the stairs were not available. Hand soap provided in bathroom, but shower gel would be great for people who don’t travel with soap. Not a good value for what I paid.

Everything, clean easy access (with a code for late check in), it has everything you need, parking just outside the house, located very close to a nice port and with an excellent tasty bakery, we stay one night but definitely recommended

Very nice, clean and comfortable but upstairs neighbors were noisy.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled. Very nice shower. Comfy bed. Easy walk into town. Street can get full for parking but there was parking behind the building available.

Upstairs neighbors were noisy - walking around for nearly two hours the morning I really needed to sleep in. No cooking oil, I noticed. Also people slamming the front door of the building a lot when all you have to do is pull it closed.

Convenient and comfortable ground floor apartment.

The property was a ground floor flat in a small apartment building in a residential area about a 15 minute walk from town, and close to the Velodyssey cycle way. Open air bike storage was available in a locked yard behind the building. Everything was as described and comfortable enough.

There was some confusion when we arrived about key collection. Fortunately another resident of the building was able to let us in while we contacted the host.

Perfect little stopover. Nice town

Nice clean apartment, good location. A short walk into Redon center, which seemed nice. Good place to break the journey down to the south of France. Quiet street, parking wasn't a problem.

the apartment was perfect

It was the first time I ve ever been asked to pay a deposit of 250 in advance before seeing the property and that is after fully paying for the stay. This was particularly challenging when I was asked to log into an email link to give my card details for such payment when in the middle of a cycling holiday. This is certainly against all advice from my Bank. The threats of penalties ( 30 for a late departure- 30 for a late arrival and 20 for unauthorised use of the couch) kept us on edge during our stay and lent an air of mistrust to the stay. It contrasted so much to the wonderful hospitality and Trust we enjoyed staying in other accomodation.

If you can get into the Apartment it is good.

Modern well set up apartment with good amount of space. Good laundry facility. Close walk to centre of town. Easy free parking.

Electronic locks were a nightmare - couldn't access property for more than 3 hours on arrival - we only gained access by phoning Booking.com Customer Service. Spanish family in same building had same problems... Locks failed 3 times over 3 days locking us out. Response from property managers slow and ineffectual. Wifi exists in name - but no data or internet. Unfortunately TV only runs on internet - so doesn't run. 2 single beds were very uncomfortable. If owners fix these issues it will be a really good place.

Clear instructions, very nice, modern and well fitted appartment.

Very high tech which can bug at times, however, the staff were readily available and helpful to help fix any glitch with technology so not really a problem but best to have some knowledge and be used to basic levels of technology at least.

Apartments are great - checkin rather complicated

The check-in does not go smooth. I stayed here twice. First time the booking.com message app did not transmit the information which is used for the check-in instructions. I had to wait outside for 40 minutes while not succeeding to reach the owner by phone while he was aware of the situation for all his guests that day. Second time I stayed here I called at 6pm for instructions and it was asked to make a deposit via a separate website before they would send check in codes. After the stay, when asking an official invoice document in booking app, my message was deleted by the owner. I am sure the owner is a nice person and from what i heard in background has a wonderful family. However, seems the host misses the time to take care of above things and his guests in a proactive way. Therefore, I currently stay in other decent hotels in Redon,

Classy, comfortable apartment in quiet residential area

Lovely apartment in quiet residential area of Redon. Not far from the canal and a short walk to the town centre. The person I dealt with was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Good spot for a couple or small group... all facilities you need and lots of space.

Well it's my fault ... I just seem to be unable to get the hang of French combination locks on apartments. Probably no big deal if you're used to them but if not make sure you pay attention to the careful instructions you're given.

An enjoyable stay at an apartment with good facilities.

Well located, very clean apartment with good Wi-Fi and the bonus of “Netflix” available on the T.V. Plenty of on street parking available immediately outside the apartment, with an additional off road parking facility to the side/rear of the property. Nearest supermarket (E LeClerc)about a 10 minute drive away.

Apartmwnt was very clean, generally well-equipped and the location met our needs very well - it was on a quiet residential street only a few minutes walk from the town centre and canal. Off-street parking was very convenient.

For two people staying overnight it was fine, but a larger group would have had a shortage of comfortable chairs.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a lovely decking area out the back which was enclosed and nice to sit in.

While there was a washing machine available in common area on ground floor, I thought it would be in apartment as per photos so it was a little inconvenient going up and down. Stairs were narrow and creaky up to apartment.
