30 km from Guérande and 25 km from the beaches of St Brévin, in the Brière Regional Natural Park, this gîte is housed in a former semi-detached farmhouse. Enclosed garden of 800 m² with carport.
On one level: kitchen/living room (2 steps), relaxation lounge, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm), 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), shower room, laundry room, and 2 separate toilets.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, complete baby equipment, freezer.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, sheets, and towels.
One pet allowed (€7/day - €100 deposit). A mandatory cleaning fee is required for business customers (€65).
