Renovated Breton longhouse, situated in a peaceful rural setting, near the Brière Regional Natural Park (20 km), beaches (25 km), and tourist attractions (Guérande/La Baule/the Côte Sauvage: 30-40 km). Adjoining the owners' house.
South-facing terrace overlooking a private, enclosed 950 m² garden with badminton. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room, traditional veranda (unheated), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined), shower room/WC, office area, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined, 3: 1 single bed 90x200 cm), shower room, separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, baby equipment. Not included: electricity (beyond 10 kWh/day), oil heating (€100/week - November to April), bed linen (€5/person) and towels (€5/person). Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€90).
Pets: €100 deposit.
