About this house rental
This charming town house (without garden) freshly renovated with care is located in a busy street parallel to the Old Port of Pornic, rue des Sables.

Ideal for a family with 1, 2 or 3 children but also for a romantic getaway or with friends.
Everything can be done on foot since we are located in the hyper center:
Direct access to the Old Port and the Castle
500 m from the station (7 minutes on foot)
Free parking at 300 m, possibility of stopping a few steps to unload suitcases, shopping or children (limited to 20 minutes on the street).
Marina and beach at 750m (10 mins walk)
All shops, restaurants, bars, tobacconists available immediately.
The entrance is independent and allows you to store bikes, strollers, sports equipment (diving, beach bags, golf bags ...) and suitcases.
On the 1st floor, the kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. We also offer a microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and all the dishes and utensils for 8/10 people.
In the living room: a table for lunch and its 6 chairs, a sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a buffet. We also offer television, DVD player and sound tower (radio, usb and bluetooth) and of course, WI-FI! A toilet with sink is available on this level.
On the 2nd floor, you will find a bathroom: bath, cupboard with single sink, towel and toilet. The gray bedroom offers a new 160 * 200 bed with mattress and mattress topper. The blue room is furnished with a 90 * 190 bed and a bed with a 90 * 190 drawer, i.e. 3 real children's beds. Both bedrooms have large closets.
Possibility of baby required on request (chair, bath, travel cot, ...)
We are close by when needed.

We spent 3 nights in Anne Laure's self catering holiday home in Pornic. The outside of the house needs some paint, but don't let this bother you as it is of no importance. The inside was super clean and very, very nice - all rooms are tastefully furnished in a beautiful colour scheme and are just as lovely as they appear in the pictures. The owners obviously know how to decorate. Everything has been done only recently and is new and modern. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and everything you needed was there. We were there as a couple, but the house is spacious and could easily be used for a family.
The house is located in a rather narrow and busy street which runs parallel to the harbour front. Many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, which is nice, actually, but of course a bit busy. It was quiet at night, though. Pornic is a busy harbour town, even in October, when we were there, but parking was no problem then. There is a rather large public parking space right around the corner called "Parking du Môle" which is free in off season (but you need a parking disk), and although it was never empty there was always a spot left. It is pay and display in the summer, but there are other parking spaces within a walking distance that are obviously free also in high season.
Communication with the owners was easy, Anne Laure responded to any question really quickly. We can definitely recommend this holiday home.
