About this cottage rental
Old independent barn, located in a hamlet near a farm (100 m). Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, bathroom/shower), WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), shower room/WC. Wifi. Landscaped grounds of 1200 m² including 600 m² enclosed at the back. Patio (garden furniture, barbecue). Garage (ping-pong table). Optional: End of stay cleaning: €70/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Access 1: Via Saint Etienne de Mer Morte, at the church towards Froidfond. After 100 m, turn right (rue du Falleron) then straight on. Cross the Pont des Vallées (lake), it's the 2nd on the right. The gîte is at the entrance to the village of Le Plessis. Access 2: La Garnache: at the Town Hall (in the center), take Rue du Chemin Bas. At the stop sign, turn left. 0.5 km from the exit (sign) turn left towards Saint Etienne de Mer Morte. Continue for 6 km, after Les Basses Longeais, it's the 3rd road on the left, arriving at Le Plessis.
