About this house rental
2-minute walk to beautiful Sunset Beach access, this delightful 3-bedroom house offers a soothing escape for guests. Parking for 5 cars onsite. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Included are all bed/futon linens, bath and hand towels(wash cloths) at no additional cost. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The fully stocked kitchen includes essentials like teapot, coffee maker (that can make 1 cup K-cup type or drip coffe pot using paper filters), toaster, blender and large granite counter top for meal prep area. Private front porch and back deck. Enjoy the other amenities like Wi-Fi, 5 (Roku)TV's including one outdoors under house and a washing machine/dryer, making your stay comfortable and convenient. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, bathtub (primary has bathtub) and shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Outdoor gas grill for use. Beach chairs, beach buggy to carry items to the beach, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, pails and shovels. Gas grill available for guest use. 4 beach cruiser bikes you are welcome to use. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place. 10 minute (1/2 mile) to fishing pier and beach stores. About 2 mile walk to Bird Island and the mailbox. Monthly rentals available November, December and January. Currently there is a new home being built next door.

This property was everything and more. A ton of included items with this house. Clean and perfect for a large family/group. This place felt like home for a week. The construction was next door but it did not bother us. We would love to come back. Easy from beginning to end.

There isn’t one thing that I would change about our stay! The house was spotless and ready for us to settle in from the moment we arrived. Joanie had so many kitchen accessories available for us to have a home cooked meal, the covered outdoor table was a huge plus when we wanted to stay outside and eat together. There was a rainy evening during our stay and there was a variety of board games and puzzles to keep us entertained and laughing. The bikes added a fun way to get around to nearby shops and to enjoy some sunset slush. I can confidently say that this is our new #1 choice for when we are able to get away to Sunset Beach, we can’t wait until we get to come back!!

Joanie is the ultimate host! Listing was very accurate, clean, and quiet. She kept in communication with me along the way. I'm very much inclined to stay at her property again in the future!
