Great island home on Sunset Beach! The house is canal-front, about a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in all of North Carolina!
Our house is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a sleeper sofa in the loft area. The house is very well equipped with basic supplies, four bikes, two tandem kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, crab traps, etc

10 stars! Everything you need is here. Very clean house. Rich communicates with you quickly if you need him. Close walk to beach. The canal was gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back! Thank you guys so much!

This was our 20th year at Sunset, first Thanksgiving there and first time not renting through on of the island rental property companies. Best experience by far! The property was perfect - exceptionally clean, kitchen was totally stocked so we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal, and Rich was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend, 10/10!
