Thank you so much for allowing us to host our baby shower this weekend. It was the perfect space for us to invite family over for the afternoon and utilize your kitchen to cook and family room to spend time together. Was a great space and so cozy.

We stayed in this home and it was fine. In a good location for our visit to the university but some small issues. We never heard from the owner - before, during or after. I asked a question in the app and never got a response. We arrived to a completely dark house. It was late and not welcoming at all. The house had what we needed but furnishings, including attic bed just on the floor left room for improvement. I did laundry in the washer but the dryer was broken so I had wet clothes to pack. This home wasn't a great fit for us.

It was a wonderful stay and surpassed the memories of living in the area 8 years ago. Our host was great and super responsive. We had an issue with the TV remotes. He was right on it and ordered new ones. Then they "appeared ". This occurred all during the stay because of our children. If you cook like myself, there is a multitude of cookware and dishes. You will need a quick trip to the Metropolitan Market and Safeway just a few blocks away. Get your groceries and settle in for a seriously comfortable cute home away from home.

Tough house to stay in when utilizing all of the rooms. On the first day, the temperature inside the home was in the 80s. The upstairs attic room was in the 90s. To cool the sleeping spaces were 3 window based units. In the 2 main bedrooms, these units were sufficient for comfortable sleep. The upstairs room, however, this was not the case. The room stayed far too hot far too late into the evening for comfortable sleep, and the cooling unit is not satisfactorily installed in the window. After fixing this issue and contacting the property manager, our only hope was to pop open the windows in the evening to filter out as much hot air as possible. Once we got the temperature down (around the second evening). We were able to stay much more comfortably with some minor hiccups like the noise from the AC units.A couple other notes:-Upstairs lights don’t work/flicker-Wall plates upstairs missing from outlets (not good when you’re hosting small children)-abysmal water pressure/zero hot water in one of the sinks.-Locked out of Ecobee thermostat.-No towels ready. Had to run the dryer and get them from the basement. All in all it was a below average stay. Fortunately the surrounding area made it worth it still. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this home during warmer months.
