Our family stayed in this beautiful home in the North end of Tacoma in a fabulous neighborhood. The home was a few houses away from our daughter and son in law’s so it was quite convenient for us to see them. The house has a nice layout and back patio with chairs and a swing. The furniture and decor is really cool mid century modern. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need for coffee and meal preparation. The master bedroom is on the first floor and it’s very nice with a comfy bed and warm comforter. There’s a full bath in the hallway next to it. Upstairs are three more smaller bedrooms and a half bath. This area of the house has been renovated and each room has a window air conditioner and they’re simpler yet cozy. My only complaint would be that bothbathrooms could use a little tidying up of the floors and toilets. And we had a bit of a challenge maneuvering the door handle going out to the patio. Other than that, the home is stunning and truly cared for by Michael! He was a gem!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the foosball table. Great location, close to everywhere we needed to be.

We stayed in a historic home in Tacoma’s North End and absolutely loved it. The property is beautifully maintained, with all the charm and character you’d expect from a home with history. Inside and out, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.The location is excellent close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the water. It made exploring Tacoma easy and enjoyable.If you’re visiting Tacoma, this home is a gem. A perfect mix of history, comfort, and convenience.

Loved the kitchen, the older home had some attractive updates & The area close to many food options. I would not recommend bringing any kids or elderly- as the stairs going both upstairs or down to basement are not safe. I’m surprised no one has slipped or fallen- the stairs could not have met code! The floors upstairs are sloped terribly. The fireplace was closed, yet had a very cold draft blowing in- we had to makeshift something to block the air. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable - one couch had virtually no back - how to sit comfortably and watch tv? Not sure. A little disappointed, as these things could be corrected. will not stay again.
