Walking distance to the bars, restaurants and nightlife on 6th Ave, a short drive to Ruston and Downtown Tacoma, and a practical base for Seattle, Mt. Rainier, Portland, JBLM and the Tacoma Dome. This is a three-story home and you will have the second and third floors. The main bedroom has a queen bed plus a sofa suitable for guests 5'10" and under. The third floor is an attic conversion reached by steeper, narrower stairs - please see the photos. Both bathrooms have sliding barn doors with no locks. The bedrooms are set back from the street for quieter sleep, and there is a washer and dryer on the second floor. Free street parking is available plus one standard-size vehicle spot at the back via the 10th Ave alley, one vehicle only. A car is recommended and the nearest bus stop is about 0.3 miles away. Please note: the home is on a main street so some traffic noise is possible, and there may be noise from the first-floor unit. It is close to Tacoma General, Allenmore and other hospitals, which suits travel nurses. This home is in Tacoma, not Seattle - about 40 minutes to Seattle without traffic and an hour or more with it.
