Charming and cozy downtown home! 4 Bedrooms, 2 full baths house on main street 6th Ave. This two story home has the master bedroom upstairs with its own TV and a window nook to cozy up with a good book. This home is perfect for families, friends and corporate stays. It has been recently updated and is located in the heart of Tacoma with just a walking distance from many different delicious eateries, boutiques, coffee shops, brewpubs, and much more!!

Both bedrooms downstairs are queen and upstairs master bedroom offers a king size bed.
If you have an 7th guest you are welcome to use the futon in the office as an extra space with bedding to be made available. If you have under 7 guest but would like bedding to be provided, PLEASE REQUEST!
Access to parking will be through alley from Steel St. if gate at the alley is closed it can easily be pushed open to enter. You may drive through there and access the space directly behind home through the back driveway (2 cars) please try not to block the alley for neighbors. Extra free parking space can be found if you park along Steele st.
There is a motion detector on the front porch and in the backyard for your safety, so we are aware if anyone comes into the property outside of you, as well as guests of our own.
Check in time is 3 PM or later ONLY. To ensure my cleaner has enough time to properly clean between guests.

We had ablast at this adorable home. We super appreciated the on site parking and stellar location to bars and restaurants. The front porch swing was an awesome vantage point as the night wound down. Beds were super comfy and the house was clean.

Host was professional and very responsive to our needs. We especially loved that it was dog and kid friendly, and walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Looking forward to renting this unit again on our next trip to Tacoma.

We had such a great stay at this cute VRBO! The rental was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was wonderful—friendly, and responsive.

The house inside was very cute and worked fine. I would have to say that most of the area rugs were not clean. The bed upstairs was extremely comfortable.. what you don’t see on any of the pictures is the surrounding Neighborhood. It is on a very busy loud street. The bars across the street were loud until 2am! The actual driveway and parking area is off an alleyway. The house behind was very junky with 4 large Husky’s that were penned up in a small yard and would viciously bark whenever you walked by.We found a homeless persons bag in the side yard, the day we left. I would not stay there again.
