The Space:
Aksarben View Apartments are centrally located in Omaha with easy access to I-80 and historic Aksarben neighborhood. You'll enjoy a private entrance to your pet friendly one bedroom apartment. Spacious living area with small dining and kitchen perfect for 1-2 guests. King size bedroom perfect for winding down after a long day.

The Neighborhood:
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment 345districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.
Getting Around:
Car is best to explore the city but there is a public transportation stop close by.
Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50
3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

This space is so perfect for a quick trip / long stay whatever your occasion. Host communicates with guests quickly/ the most comfortable bed, cute kitchenette me & my love will most definitely be back when we visit Omaha again. Oh and perfect location next to hwy & easy to get to downtown or anywhere in Omaha seriously the best trip & Im so happy we booked here!!

The apartment was great perfect size for a solo tralver or a couple just wanting to get away. Jad everything i needed and a great location. Only downside was the parking. When they say its a first come first serve, they mean it it was tight. But very good over all.

Very cold floor in winter. Set temp at 82. Cold for pet. Housekeeping did not move furniture to vacuum, dirty, I did and vacuumed. No clocks, no tub stopper, nothing to use to bake in oven, but cookie sheet. No pet waste removal from other tenants.

The communication was great, although I did have a last-minute change to units which wasn’t really a big deal. As soon as I got here and realize that the air conditioner wasn’t working, they did put a window unit in the bedroom, which made a huge difference, but just in that room as it was not big enough to accommodate the entire apartment. I have a late flight home so they did accommodate me and letting me check out a little bit late, which was nice but overall I couldn’t get the air conditioner below 72°, which was uncomfortable, but that’s a personal preference and they did do their best to accommodate me. Overall, I would say it was a pretty decent experience . And the bed was comfortable and squishy as well.
