It was an apartment, so no breakfast included but plenty of kitchen utilities (cups, bowls, knives, dishes) included plus a fridge, oven & dishwasher. It's in a good location with plenty of stores, eateries within a short driving distance. Some places are just across the street. The TV had some decent free streaming channels, good for a person like me who's too cheap to pay for streaming services.
The central heating couldn't keep up when there was long stretch of bitterly cold weather during the winter so I bought some space heaters to help. When temps drop below -20 degrees I suppose anyplace would need more heating sources though.

The apartment is in a nice location in the Aksarben area of Omaha, just off a major highway and lots of eateries, stores, shopping options. For me it is a short drive to my work contract area, so quite convenient for me.
Like any apartment it has had a few maintenance issues; ie., central heat not being sufficient (I bought a couple of space heaters). There was also a period when the hot water in the building ran out (not ideal during the frigid Nebraska winter); the company was pretty good at addressing that issue in a in a timely manner once I contacted them about it.
