Central location, interstate proximity was the main reason I selected. Place was very clean and relatively comfortable. Kitchen was adequate for my needs for the week. Good shower with excellent water pressure.

Initial issue with wi-fi, info binder wasn't up to date which caused some confusion, but the owner was quick to rectify. Once they update the binder there shouldn't be any issues for future renters. Bed was a little too firm for my liking, and a blanket in the closet would be useful (just a sheet and heavy duvet on the bed, so you're either too cold with just the sheet, or too warm with the duvet). A few more kitchen utensils, like a pizza cutter and full-size cookie sheet would be useful. A small ottoman for the couch would also add comfort without too much expense. These are mostly minor, just trying to add a few inexpensive tips that could enhance the experience for future guests.
